The washer was outside the room and shared with the whole building. Staff often had it occupied, full of sheets and towels, and they charged extra if you wanted clean towels during your stay. There wasn't a washing machine inside the room as described. The room was in poor shape and badly kept, despite the nice photos online. Its windows wouldn't lock, which felt unsafe. Bedsheets and towels were grey and stained, and we saw bugs on the bed. Water pressure was so weak we could barely rinse out shampoo. Buenos Aires has plenty of good, affordable options, so don't waste your money here.

The apartment on rua Paraná was lovely inside, even though I felt apprehensive when I arrived because the facade wasn't eye-catching. It's in an old European style building, but the apartment itself has real charm. It was clean and nicely decorated, with very good quality bed linen and air conditioning in every room. We loved it. Our family of four was very comfortable there.

The apartment looks just like the photos and is beautiful. We stayed there for a weekend with my family, and the location was excellent, just steps from Corrientes Street.
