We lost a significant amount of money because they refunded only 25% for one night and nothing for the other. We paid right away, and feel scammed by the company. I'm posting this so others don't go through the same thing. We do NOT recommend it. This was at 2630 Arenales Street. Check-in was complicated, with electronic keys, and there was no concierge at reception, just a cell phone number. After getting into the apartment, we found no internet. We complained but got no response, and there wasn't even a mobile signal. There was no cable TV either, and only one bath towel for two people. We went 24 hours without internet. They charge as though they provide the advertised services, but those services weren't there. It was a major setback, so look elsewhere. Additional comment: they only refunded us 25% for one night; they didn't cover the other night, so we lost a significant amount of money.

It's a new building with security guards, in a very good part of Buenos Aires. The large fridge with freezer was a plus, though the bathroom had no ventilation at all. There were very few kitchen utensils. I imagine people steal them and they don't replace them.

I ended up stranded in the capital at 1 a.m. and had to find somewhere else to stay because nobody helped me, even by phone. I'd completed online check-in as instructed and told them when I'd arrive. They only got back to me at 3 a.m., apparently expecting me to wander around on the street. Terrible service, a disaster and a scam. Do not book this service.

We had everything we wanted for our stay in Buenos Aires. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, with a spacious balcony facing the street. The building felt secure too. I'd recommend it 100%.

They charged me for a booking through Despegar, but when I called to get the key, their phone was off. I reported them to Despegar, and they denied failing to help, even though their business hours end at 5 p.m. and you can be left without a key. A DISASTER!
