La Lomada Cabañas

The cabins were spotless and had all the comforts we needed, and the two pools were beautiful places to unwind. We also loved the mountain views. Claudio was attentive to every detail, which made the whole experience incredible.

Being able to bring our pet, even without booking that in advance, was a lifesaver. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here given the maintenance, cleanliness, and service problems. The refrigerator was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was also very poor for the price: we’d booked a day with breakfast included, but received just two stale croissants, four tasty but insufficient pastries, a stick of butter, two tea bags, two coffee bags, and a carton of milk. The worst part was the broken stair. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, and a step gave way as I was going down, twisting my ankle. I called the management number right away and told them I was leaving the keys in the lock, as agreed since we had to leave at 5 am. I never got an apology or any follow-up. The cabin experience left a lot to be desired, and the response to the accident was terrible.

The cabin was lovely and spotless, and the service was excellent. Such a beautiful place to relax. Highly recommend it.

The mountain views from the barbecue grills were spectacular, and the complex itself is beautiful. We got delicious breakfasts, and Claudio was always attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. The cabins are lovely, pet-friendly, and a real treat for the price. Highly recommended!
