That balcony was lovely and roomy, though I wished we had a clothesline for the wet things we brought back from the beach. There was just a towel rack in the bathroom, and the kitchen faucet was broken. The pool area looked beautiful, but the water seemed a little green. The pool itself is small but nice. We had a spacious, comfortable one-bedroom apartment, with a sofa bed in the living room for two extra people. It was well equipped and well located, with an incredible view. Breakfast was generous, and the cleaning and linen service were excellent. The few staff we met, including the cleaners and the people who helped us at the hotel across the street when we arrived, were great and explained everything clearly. The locks seemed tricky at first, but we got used to them fast.

We’re from Rosario and were on our way to Buenos Aires when this happened, so now we’re stuck here and can’t salvage our short vacation. We’d booked and paid for five days, from today until Sunday, and they canceled last night without giving any reason or offering a solution. We’ve never had a place cancel on us the night before. Absolutely terrible. Be careful booking here.

We’d done everything needed to book and paid for five nights, January 21 to 26. Then, on the night of the 20th, with the car packed and our trip already underway, someone from this disorganized company called while we were in Buenos Aires to cancel. They said there was a problem with the assigned vehicle. That’s their problem, but we’re the ones left without a vacation. They said they’d refund the money, but it still hasn’t appeared in my bank account. I’m going to ask the Consumer Protection Agency what it says. Their professionalism is a complete disaster. Be careful, paying for a reservation doesn’t guarantee it.

The place had so many good things going for it, and the slightly green pool didn’t spoil that. It could use a bit of maintenance, though. Still, I’d recommend it 100%.
