The best part was the pool, and it’s a good location. Parking was available, the accommodation was a good size, hot water was always on, and they cleaned daily. We could check in before the official time. The air conditioners worked well, as did the TVs in each bedroom and the living room. There were plenty of drawbacks, though. Nobody greeted us or explained how things worked, and staff weren’t readily available. General maintenance was poor. The mattresses and pillows were worn and dirty, and it was hard to sleep with so much light coming in at 6 am. The fridge was dirty and didn’t cool well, the internet connection was poor, and the pool was dirty. The windows and balconies were very low, with no bars or netting, which felt unsafe. The listed green space was actually a driveway, not somewhere to spend time. The complex was open without a perimeter fence, so passersby could enter.

A lovely place for a family trip, close to the beach and just a short walk from the center. The apartments are spotless, and Daniel's service was top-notch. 100% recommended.

A really comfortable stay. The rooms had air conditioning, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and room service came each day with fresh towels. The kids loved the pool, and being able to stand throughout it was reassuring. There’s parking, it’s close to the beach, and it’s ideal for families with children. Pets are welcome too. Very good 👏👏👏👏

We all enjoyed our family trip and rented four cabins together. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable, and fully equipped, just steps from the sea in Valeria. Highly recommended.
