Excellent location and view, and the gentleman and cleaning lady were both attentive and kind. We ended up on the third floor, which you reach by stairs. That was our mistake since we hadn't said we needed a ground-floor room, but the last flight was especially narrow and steep. With my husband recovering from hip surgery, it was quite a hassle. It seemed like a good option, though I felt the price was high for what it was.

The lagoon is right across the way, so the location gets a 10, but the service was awful. The rooms are tiny, with the sink practically beside the bed. Breakfast was just toasted white bread, raw stale white bread, three greasy fritters, and half a cup of canned fruit salad. That's it. I do not recommend it.

We were still waiting for breakfast when it was nearly 10 a.m., and when we asked, they told us everything had already been cleaned up. The host wasn't very friendly either, and didn't fix the television problem. It wasn't a good experience. I hope they improve their service.

The breakfast was very poor, though the housekeeping was good. Hotel Arquimedes has views of Lake Caviahue and Copahue Volcano.
