The staff went out of their way to arrange trips for us and were extremely helpful. Casa Haydee is close to bike rental, with paths that lead to lots of vineyards. The clean, comfortable room was lovely, and the setting was beautiful. Nights were quiet, and the town, restaurants, and bars are walkable. Fantastic stay, would recommend it to anyone.

Marlene and Tomás were attentive to every little thing from the minute we arrived, and made us feel like family. The hotel is charming, the sheets and towels were spotless, and breakfast was fantastic. The location is ideal, with everything nearby if you're without a car. If you don't want to feel at home, don't pick this hotel! We'll be back soon and will gladly recommend it.

Marlene, Tomas, and Juan bring so much warmth and care to the service. The hotel is right in the heart of Chacras, and the garden, pool, and barbecue area make it easy to relax, with birdsong all around. It's a beautiful place with such thoughtful details, and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. I chose it for a group needing accommodation and highly recommend it.

Ramona, a very affectionate dog, keeps you company at breakfast, and the staff make you feel welcome with their warm, friendly attention. The breakfast is generous, and they ask what you'd like. Everything was spotless, including the rooms and pool. It's a convenient location close to plenty of wineries. We had a 10/10 stay and would definitely come back.
