The location is a major highlight, in one of the most beautiful parts of Mendoza. The pool is incredible, and the room was comfortable, nice, and air-conditioned. Housekeeping was dependable and very good, and the staff were friendly with excellent service. Breakfast is quite complete; a few healthier choices would make it more balanced, though that doesn’t detract much from its quality. I’d definitely come back.

The pool is lovely, and breakfast was good. The grounds and the building itself are very nice, but the rooms badly need maintenance. Without air conditioning, they get unbearably hot, and there are drainage issues and bad smells in the bathrooms. It’s a shame they haven’t invested in fixing the rooms, because this could be a wonderful hotel.
