Juan, the manager, helped us sort out transport and local hair and makeup for our wedding weekend, and he speaks excellent English. We stayed at Casa Laurel while celebrating at Estancia La Raquel, and several guests told us how much they liked the hotel. The rooms have quality furnishings, and the shared spaces are lovely. We also booked the restaurant for a welcome dinner for 50 people. The team looked after us well, the food was great, and they lit the terrace fire so everyone could keep talking into the early hours. We’d absolutely recommend it.

Yamil, the manager, made a real difference during our stay. He was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the service feel both professional and reassuring. The hotel itself is calm and inviting, with a lovely atmosphere and a clear attention to quality. It was spotless and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable visit. A place I’d happily return to and recommend.

Dinner was a pleasure from start to finish. The place feels warm and beautiful, with care in the little details, and the staff were friendly and attentive all evening. We ordered an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Everything was delicious, and the ingredients and effort behind the cooking really came through. Everyone at the table left satisfied. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.
