Complejo Cascadas de Artalaz

The pool and park were the highlight, and our kids had fun meeting and playing with other children. It's a nice family spot: the cabins and grounds are lovely, with a big park and good equipment, and there's a little shop nearby with what you need. But cleaning and maintenance could be better. We stayed a week during 39-degree heat. There are three air conditioners, but the upstairs one didn't cool properly, so sleeping was really difficult. The kids ended up bringing their mattresses downstairs to sleep on the floor. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, but it also didn't work very well.

We spent 14 days here and found it super relaxing. The park is spacious, with flowers everywhere and trees laid out nicely, so it's a good place to unwind. Our cabin suited two adults and two kids, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was air conditioning upstairs and down, though we barely needed it in summer.

The pool is a big draw, and there are barbecue areas too. The cabins have all the essentials, in a peaceful setting, and the garden is lovely and well cared for. I highly recommend it.

Everything was well looked after, and the pool with its waterfall was lovely. There's also a playground for kids and a barbecue grill. A beautiful cabin resort for a few relaxing days.
