I asked for an invoice when I made the booking last weekend, and I’m still waiting for it. The place also looked nothing like its Booking.com listing. They said they were giving us accommodation that was supposedly “more than we paid for,” which felt odd since it didn’t match what we’d agreed on. The stovetop wasn’t working properly when we arrived, and we had to wait a day for it to be replaced. The kitchen faucet was broken and barely usable; the utensils were awful, so bring a frying pan and sharp knives if you go, because there’s practically nothing to cook with. The TV picture was terrible, and the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent. In the bathroom, there was hair everywhere, the toilet was loose, and the shower was clogged. I absolutely don’t recommend this place. Regards

It’s very quiet and a nice place for the price. I’d recommend it, though the internet and kitchen utensils could be better. The lower pool area could use a more thorough cleaning too, although it was very hot and perhaps the chlorine and cleaning products weren’t enough.

Gustavo, the owner, was already waiting at the complex early in the morning when we arrived for a lovely Easter weekend to celebrate my mom’s birthday. He even drove us to a restaurant for breakfast while I took photos in the early hours. Soledad, the employee and manager, welcomed us so kindly and thought of little things like bleach and mosquito repellent, plus a discount for the hot springs. We walked and took a taxi, but having your own transport would make it easier to go by car. We chose the place without knowing it beforehand and had a beautiful getaway. The service was a highlight. The owners were always attentive, and Soledad, the manager, was so kind and empathetic. We stayed for 10 days, starting in the first few days of January, and even spent New Year’s there. It was fantastic. We loved how cute, comfortable, and peaceful the complex was. The spacious apartments, lovely grounds, and spectacular pool were all clean and well maintained. It felt ideal for a family break and a chance to unwind. We’re from Buenos Aires, where a country house can cost 300,000 pesos for a few hours, so 95,000 pesos per day there felt very affordable, especially in peak season.
