The staff helped us through a family member’s health problem with real care. They treated us like family, stayed involved, and supported us as if we were old friends. That meant a lot. The cabins are incredibly comfortable, and breakfast is top-notch, with homemade treats. It’s a dreamlike place in harmony with nature. Highly recommend it for an unforgettable vacation.

We paid $462,000 for two nights for two adults and two children, and it was extremely expensive for what we got. The next day we left. For comparison, at a hotel on the waterfront in downtown Colón we paid $180,000 per day, including breakfast, for a double room plus another room for the children, two bathrooms, a fairly good breakfast, and an optional restaurant and cafeteria. Taking the price into account, this place just isn’t worth it. We were in Cabin #7, and a number of things were wrong. The children’s room TV had static. I don’t mind it being a CRT, but the picture should at least be decent. The manager said all the wiring in the complex needed replacing. The shower temperature couldn’t be regulated at all, so it was either too hot or too cold and we couldn’t shower. In the children’s game room, only one of the three arcade-style consoles worked. The air hockey table was broken, and the pool table was wrecked, with balls dropping through a corner pocket and torn side rails. The wooden steps creaked as I climbed to the cabin, and at 95 kilos I felt like I could fall off. They need maintenance. On Saturday we went to the beach at 11:00 AM and reception was closed, so we left the room key in the doorknob with another key we found hanging there, so they could clean. When we got back at 5:00 PM, nobody was at reception. I couldn’t reach the manager. After an hour we finally got through to someone, who told us to open the cabin. The pool and jacuzzi were in good general condition and worked properly, and breakfast was quite good. Date of visit: January 23, 2026

The cabins are spacious and comfortable, and there’s a pool, playground, lots of green space, and a river behind the property. It’s a good option for a family trip. When I had a problem on arrival, Patricia sorted it out right away by moving me to another cabin. Breakfast was plentiful. A few things could use attention: the jacuzzi was very dirty, the playground equipment neglected, and maintenance and cleanliness overall could be better. I’d also add fruit to the breakfast. Even with those issues, I recommend it and would definitely return. 🍀

Patricia and the staff deserve a special mention for answering all our questions. The service was impeccable, and the cabin was comfortable and spotless throughout. Breakfast was premium. There’s a large pool, a children’s playroom, and kayaks to use on the stream behind the cabins. A great place to relax.
