The staff were all friendly and attentive. When I asked for more small towels, they gave them to me without a problem, though the next day they replaced the towels and took the small ones away. For two people we'd been given two large towels and just one small one. The room itself was fine, with what we needed, a comfortable bed, working hot water, and it was always quiet. The location was excellent. Breakfast was what let the stay down, very limited and not very tasty. They could offer more than toast and croissants, which weren't good, and they charge extra for hot water.

The room Wi-Fi was only fair at best, and there are stairs, so if you have health issues, ask for a room on the ground floor. You can ask for a hot springs discount voucher for each person, each day. Breakfast is self-serve. The mattress was good enough to stay several days, and the hotel was clean, quiet, with good service.

We chose this hotel for a relaxing family trip to Colón over the October long weekend, two adults and two kids. The room was well maintained and had what we needed to rest, and the place was clean. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had several options for the price of the stay. The location was excellent. We'd definitely pick it again.
