Silvia, the manager, was gentle, helpful, and attentive. I already knew this place from when it was new, so I could compare this stay with an earlier one. The location is nice, near the hot springs and river. There's a lovely pool with loungers and umbrellas, and each apartment has its own locker. You can also use a lounger and a portable cooler to take to the beach. Silvia gave us a kind explanation about the parking: if we took our vehicle out and no covered space was available when we returned, we could park beside the pool without blocking the other cars. Not every vehicle fits under cover. There isn't an elevator, and we were on the second floor, going up and down the stairs. We did manage, but it's worth mentioning for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. I don't know if you can choose a ground floor unit. We had very hot days, and the air conditioning is only in the bedroom. There's a fan in the dining area where the single sofa bed is, but it couldn't keep up with those temperatures. The bathroom could use some maintenance: the soap dishes are loose and the soap falls off, and the shower drain cover is loose. Small things, but they show it needs upkeep. There are dishes, a fridge, and a microwave, but no electric kettle, just a kettle to heat on the stove. They used to provide a dry breakfast every day, but no longer do. Now there's only a small tray with a few tea and coffee options. We didn't have a cloth to wipe the counter or table, or a roll of paper towels, though other cleaning supplies were there. Bring soap, shampoo, and conditioner, since there was only one small hand soap. They provide bath towels, which are changed every three days, for use inside the apartment only. The barbecue room is upstairs from the parking area, but it was so enclosed and hot that it was impossible to use. The price isn't very cheap, and they could maintain the place a little better. Bringing back the dry breakfasts would be nice too, just a suggestion based on having seen how it was before. I didn't take photos this time.
