I went to the hotel today, May 24th, to ask about prices for hosting an event for 30 people over 3 days, with eight Italian friends coming. The employee who greeted me said prices were only available on Instagram, which isn't true. When I later tried to enjoy the view from the veranda, she rudely told me to leave. I said I'd only be there for a few minutes, but she went inside and returned with another employee, who spoke to me aggressively and insisted I had to go. It's a shame that someone representing such a prestigious place doesn't know how to treat a customer. I hope they take this review into account. This time, I'll spend my money somewhere else.

The staff are excellent and really attentive, and the location is beautiful. It's a great place to spend the whole weekend with family. I highly recommend going.
