Amanzi Termal Apart Hotel

The natural setting is beautiful, and the pools are kept at a comfortable temperature. The apartments feel private and peaceful, with a kitchen and grill in each one. My only issue was reception: nobody is there around the clock, and it closes at 4 PM. You can still reach them on WhatsApp, though. I'd recommend staying here.

The only good part was the pools. The room itself was uncomfortable, with an unpleasant sofa bed in the living room. The sheets were old and had no elastic, so they kept coming off. The shower and bathroom sink were clogged, and everything in the kitchen area looked very old. They even started mowing the lawn at 8:00 AM while the whole family was asleep.

Those 24-hour hot spring pools were the highlight, especially relaxing in them with my partner under the moon. The grounds are lovely, and the place is on the outskirts of Concordia, with about 10 apartments. It's a good spot to disconnect for a weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartments have parking, and after reception closes at 4 PM there's a large property to walk around. The reception staff were attentive, though I think the service could be better. We plan to return. The apartment has a full bedroom with a king-size bed, a giant TV, DirecTV, and a smart TV for apps like Netflix. The living room has a bunk bed with another bed underneath, which worked for the four of us. There's air conditioning in both rooms, several sets of towels, and an okay bathroom. The water heater was a drawback, since the hot water ran out quickly with several people. The downstairs area is open air with no doors, but it has the basics for a weekend: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, small refrigerator, stovetop, an outdoor table and chairs, and a very basic grill that didn't make us want to barbecue. The kitchen area could be nicer. There is no breakfast. This feels like a place for adults to relax, not somewhere to take kids who might get bored or want to shout. For a couple, I'd recommend it. If you want to eat out, downtown Concordia is a good option.

So peaceful here, and the pools are beautiful. Excellent place!!
