Hathor Concordia

We arrived after dark and left fairly early, so I can only speak to the room. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a really comfy bed. I slept well, and the staff were very good too. :)

The nicest thing was the sunset view, and the service was somewhat good. There are two pools, but one is enclosed, buggy, and smells bad. The hotel makes sense mainly as a stop while passing through Concordia, since it's a 15-20 minute drive from the city center. Rooms facing the street get a lot of noise from overnight truck traffic, and the windows don't block it well. We stayed two nights a week apart, in two room types that cost the same. The first was spacious with a comfortable bed and was fine. The second was smaller, underground, and had a very uncomfortable bed. Both felt like old hotel rooms, especially the bathrooms. On the second stay we arrived late just to shower and sleep, but there were no bath towels. We had to shower with a face towel because staff took more than 30 minutes to bring replacements. Breakfast on the first stay was less than okay, with few healthy choices and lots of cakes and cookies typical of Argentinian breakfasts. Scrambled eggs cost about 1 USD extra. That's cheap, but why not include them? The worst part was biting into a piece of cake and hitting a bit of rock. I nearly broke a tooth. For what it offers, the price doesn't feel justified, even if it's still the best option in the region.

We had a really positive stay. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the pool and garden were very nice. There's also a play area with a pool table and table football. The gym could use more weights, though.

The main dishes are good, and the food is cheap. The bathrooms are good too, and the staff are good. But practically everything else is low quality, so this costs far too much. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with noise everywhere. It's badly understaffed, room service only comes every two days, and the heating and cooling systems are garbage. The rooms are small, the curtains don't block the light, and the shared public internet is really slow. The TV is small, a bad brand, and isn't even positioned properly in front of the bed. The food quality is poor overall, especially the café and juices, which are horrible.
