The pool was great, and the team was really helpful with things like picking us up at the bus station, booking bus tickets, and arranging excursions. The downside is that all the amenities are quite old.

We only stayed two days, about a month ago, but had a good time. It's a nice place in a great location. The cooler they gave us was freezing and wouldn't make ice, and sometimes the water would stop working, but they fixed it straight away.

The grounds were in good shape yesterday, with some lovely shade. That was the only good part of our stay. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the pool was filthy and slippery with what looked like mold, and the owner said it was just the color. We couldn't use it, even though we'd booked two nights in the extreme heat hoping to swim. The air conditioning in our room was only available from 1 to 3 PM, so that wasn't useful either. Then the power went out, followed by the water. We complained, but nobody offered a solution. The service was terrible.

We were left without water and without electricity all day, the Wi-Fi never worked, and the pool was filthy. The owners didn't meet any of the lodging conditions they offered. When we tried to file a complaint, they didn't show up and threatened to report us. Terrible service.
