The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very welcome, and the shower was great. The place is tidy and very clean, with chic architecture in a lovely setting. Rooms are basic, but the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has the essentials. WiFi was iffy, though fast when it worked. Service was courteous.

The heated pool was everything, and I couldn't taste the chlorine at all, unlike in other pools I've been to. The place was perfectly clean, and the sauna and Scottish shower were great. The staff, both the women and the guy, were so kind and attentive, and we had a wonderful time. The residents' discounts are fantastic. I'm giving them 5 stars, though I'd give them 10! We'll definitely recommend them 100%.
The staff were incredibly attentive, and the place is lovely, with a beautiful river behind it. We found the bed awful and uncomfortable because it was two single beds pushed together. The pool was pleasant and a good temperature, but always crowded. There wasn't enough privacy to enjoy the outdoors, since everything is very interconnected. The shared grills are in a large, comfortable enclosed area, though it is still enclosed and shared. You really need a car to get there. It's too far from the center to walk, and the road is a highway.
