We hardly slept. People who live in the other apartments were noisy all night, going up and down the metal stairs, running and shouting. We were already exhausted, and still had to put sheets on all the beds ourselves. The woman who handed over the key was rude and pressured us to arrive at a particular time. The manager had been just as rude and disrespectful. We booked a one-night stay for the whole family on Booking.com almost a month ahead, but the night before the trip the owner gave us the manager's number. She quoted more than the Booking.com price and said she'd offer a better rate if we canceled. We pointed out the difference, and she said we could find somewhere else if we didn't like it. With three children and no time to search, we agreed to cancel, but they charged us much more, including for parking that Booking.com had said was included. It was a truly awful experience. We paid more than it was worth and regret canceling the booking because we wanted to leave them a terrible review. I absolutely don't recommend it.
