Excellent.

They even leave some buns for breakfast, which is a nice touch. The place is clean and good for a stay, with a great spot near the city center. There’s some street noise, but it’s not too bad at night. We’d stay again!

The apartment was in good shape, with a balcony, and the building has reception around the clock plus two elevators. The kitchen is well stocked with an electric stovetop, cookware, colander, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, can opener, cleaning detergent, sponge and dishcloth. There’s also a microwave, electric kettle and mini-fridge. Breakfast is a full continental one each morning. I would have liked powdered milk packets, but we bought a carton and kept it cold in the fridge. Our TV was on a swivel bracket, so we could turn it toward either the bed or the dining area. The bathroom is roomy, with a shower, towel and bath towel, two small soaps, and a couple of shampoo and conditioner packets. They only supplied those packets on arrival, so I was glad we brought our own bottles. The cleaning arrangement caught me off guard. There wasn’t a broom, dustpan, mop or rag in the apartment, and no one mentioned that cleaning cost extra. After two days with no one coming, I asked reception and learned I had to request it beforehand and pay $4000. That price wasn’t unreasonable, but it would have helped to know on the first day so I could plan accordingly. If cleaning isn’t included, they could at least leave a broom and dustpan for crumbs. No one told me where to find those either. Five nights felt like a long time without cleaning, even though we weren’t staying for a month.

There’s a lot of traffic noise at night, but what can you do, nothing’s perfect. The apartment is lovely, well equipped, and the staff are friendly. For the price, I think it’s excellent.
