The rooms were comfortable, and I liked the place and the service. There’s a big pool, a barbecue area, and a playground for children, along with a lovely view. My one complaint was that the towels and toilet paper they brought smelled like cigarettes. I understand the owners smoke, but they should look into that.
The place is beautiful, even with the running water. But when I called to book, I only asked whether there was a pool, and they said yes despite knowing about the water problem. When we got there, the water was green. They offered a discount after I complained, but I wasn’t given a choice, and a discount doesn’t make a lie okay.
The grounds are nicely wooded, and the pool and barbecue grill are pleasant, though the pool wasn’t fit for swimming. We only stayed two days. The location is excellent, just meters from the highway. The cabins’ amenities and layout are the weak point. The hostess greeted us and said goodbye, but showed little attention or concern; that could be improved a lot.
Great price, easy to get to, and friendly service. It’s a simple, pretty place with a spacious patio, a big grill, and a really nice pool.
It’s a quiet, peaceful spot with what you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff are very respectful, and the location works well: close to the main road and only steps from the river. A special place.
