The apartment gets lovely light and has a peaceful feel, even though the neighborhood is lively. Looking out over the greenery in Plaza Jerónimo del Barco is especially nice around sunset. Shops, pharmacies, and bus stops are nearby, and the plaza's weekend market gives the area something special. With a family-friendly setting and green space across the road, it could be a good place to live or invest.
