My wife and I needed to use a restroom, but staff quickly sent us out, saying the facilities were for guests only and not open to the public. I can't endorse the hotel because it seemed to treat locals preferentially over American tourists. I hope its management never finds itself in a similar situation in the United States and receives the same treatment. A little human courtesy goes a long way. It's not all about hotel pride.

There was noise from pedestrians and pigeons, and the shower water barely got warm. The room was small and ugly, and the bed wasn't comfortable.

This seems better suited to people on business who need to be near downtown than to families or vacationers. My room had no window opening to the outside, only one onto the hallway. Maybe that was just my room because I'd booked at a discount. I had to complain twice about a bathroom leak, and they never fixed it. The light bulbs stopped working too, and that went the same way. Room service wasn't the best.

My booked hostel was closed, so I turned up at 23:00 on New Year's Eve 2022 and found a room here. Even better was the warm welcome from Juan Pablo and his family. They invited me to celebrate the New Year with them, and I'll always remember that. Thank you so much!

The lobby looks good, and the staff at check-in were friendly. That's the only good thing I can say. Avoid this place at all costs.
