Way too much street noise, and the breakfast was bad.

The dinner was generous and exquisite, with that feeling of eating at home. The room they prepared for us was extremely spacious, and the whole place was quiet and perfectly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The receptionist even gave me directions to Siglo University when I mentioned I was there for an exam, since it’s nearby. It was hot when we arrived, but the room’s air conditioning worked perfectly. The shower temperature was just right, and the internet was excellent too. This place is ideal for families, and I highly recommend it.

You can hear your neighbor snoring all night, so if you’re after a sensory experience, this is the place. The rooms are practically inhumane, from the bed to the bathroom. I think a pigsty would be cleaner and more fit for people. This hotel is the perfect example of “you get what you pay for.”

It fits the hotel’s claimed 2-star rating. There are lots of small shortcomings in the room: no toilet paper holder or towel rack in the bathroom, no hangers in the closet, no soap or shampoo holder in the shower, and no clothes rack. The 220V AC outlets kept coming out of their boxes when we tried to unplug things. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean with a TV and air conditioning/heating. Hot water was available, but the pressure was low. When we turned on the cold tap to mix it, the flow dropped because the water heater inlet wasn’t pressurized, and the water started going cold. We had to fiddle with the taps for a while to get the temperature we wanted, and the pressure still wasn’t good. The food was delicious and fresh, and you can eat at the hotel. They usually offer around five menus, mostly light meals. Breakfast is basic. On a nice day there’s a pergola and deck for eating outside, along with an indoor lounge area with chairs and a treadmill. It’s a good option if you need to be near the airport and Siglo 21 University, though the city center is a 40-minute drive. The nightly price is excellent, parking is available, and all the staff were very friendly. It felt safe and quiet, with plenty of cameras, and I didn’t notice anything unusual with security.
