The staff at the restaurant were delightful. Breakfast there was OK, and cocktail hour was great. The hotel was clean and conveniently close to the airport and several good restaurants.

The place looks nice, but I left feeling cheated. Breakfast didn’t live up to the hotel’s pretensions, and when reception owed me money at checkout, they refused to return it. They offered credit for a future visit instead, without asking me. It wasn’t a lot of money, but I felt unfairly treated, even robbed. I’m not going back and can’t recommend this kind of service.

10/10
The rooms felt updated and high quality, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds, and the price was good for what we got. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and enjoyed it, though we left too early the next morning to try breakfast. The staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. A very good experience.

After a long trip, we arrived late at night and I found the towel was dirty when I went to shower. The receptionist, Maximiliano, was rude and had no manners. He yelled at me for taking one croissant from the breakfast area to my room, and I felt awful. The staff were very unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
