The facilities are very nice, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is acceptable, but there are only five or six choices and no children’s menu. For what’s offered, 30,000 pesos a night is outrageously expensive. The Wi-Fi is terrible, the TV has fewer than 10 channels, and rooms at the inn don’t have a refrigerator, electric kettle, or microwave. If they charge five-star prices, they shouldn’t overlook these details.

We traveled from March 5 to March 10, and had a bad time. I spent the stay eating cold noodles, and the food was horrible. Everyone was complaining. The bathroom flooded when we showered, and they brought us a closet with no hangers. We saw Rocio Lopez, the coordinator, on the first day and never again. The waiters, though, gave very good service. The bus left from Pacheco, got lost in Rosario, and took 12 hours to get us there. We arrived at 11 a.m. but didn’t get our rooms until 3 p.m. This was at Posada de Sierras de Paravachasca, owned by the Pedraza company.
