The location is lovely, but living here was impossible for me. Noise from the bowling alley was constant, and on the 13th floor even the roller shutter box shook. Smoke and noise from the rooftop terrace, which isn't for tenants, blow onto the balcony. There's just one tiny elevator, it breaks down several times a year, and you can end up walking up and down more than ten floors. The pumps also fail and leave you without water, while nobody seems to pay attention. People rent here and leave quickly. What a disaster.
