The home-style cooking was excellent, and the service was impeccable. My room was another matter: the fan didn't work, and they couldn't find the air conditioning control. We got the air conditioning on, but it shut off quickly, so we were hot.

On the road from Cafayate to Salta, a gentleman pointed us toward this restaurant. We had a great meal, and the host made us feel very welcome. We exchanged a few words in French and then headed on our way. We'd recommend stopping here.
