La Posada de Juan

The Aire cabin was quite comfortable for the three of us, my husband, daughter, and me. Breakfast came with the stay and was delivered to the cabin. The grounds are green and peaceful, and the pool is beautiful. We had lovely days there. We also tried the "Fire and Stars" experience, sharing snacks by a bonfire under the stars. The café has affordable prices, and there's a small general store. The ice cream sundaes and waffles are fantastic, especially for kids. If you're driving, the water park is 5 minutes away and the main bridge of the Cabra Corral dam is 10 minutes away. There is a bus, but it gets very crowded on weekends in both directions. Cell phone service is weak, and while they have Wi-Fi, it's a bit slow.

We spent two days here with my family. It's a nice place for a peaceful stay, but there are several things to check before renting. Our cabin's toilet didn't flush properly, and the water pressure was low for washing our hands. We were only given hand towels at check-in, and when we asked for proper towels, it took about an hour to get them. Food orders also took a long time. The pool was completely filthy. We wanted to use the quieter pool, but there wasn't even a pool cleaner to clear away the leaves. Those problems really spoiled the place and its tranquility.

We loved it and will definitely come back for a long weekend. It's a beautiful nature-surrounded place, with wonderful quiet that's perfect for relaxing. The service is warm and friendly, and it was a great place to recharge and disconnect.

Posada de Juan was a great place to spend time with family. We loved the pool, had delicious food, and really enjoyed the demonstration we took part in. The restaurant staff were lovely, and the owner was so welcoming. I recommend Posada de Juan 100%.
