I ended up going to another hotel just to get online. The WiFi stayed down for all five days, and the staff didn't seem in a hurry to sort it out. Since there aren't any cyber cafes in town, that left me in a really difficult spot. I chose this place expecting good WiFi, and it seemed like a very good hotel otherwise. Incredible!

The staff were very nice, which was the one bright spot. But the rooms were dirty and badly outdated, with black mold in the closet where water had clearly been running. The air conditioning didn't work, and neither did the WiFi in the rooms. Cell service was patchy too. I'm not sure how this is rated four stars. Breakfast was okay, but dinner wasn't good. I ordered salmon and fries, and the salmon seemed to be left over from a bad cut. They should update the rooms and fix the mold. They shouldn't advertise WiFi or A/C when those things don't work.

The rooms were nice, and it was a good place to sleep and have breakfast. The only thing missing was staff who speak English.

There was plenty of potential here, but the service felt kind of lame.

The nicest hotel around here, and the restaurant is good too.
