Wooden Hotel

The quiet location, a bit away from the center, was a big plus for me. The hotel is three-star, but the modern facilities and thoughtful design made for a pleasant stay. I loved the pool and the calm surroundings. The staff stood out: Elias, the manager, and the administrative team, Dalton and Priscila, were efficient and attentive. The dining room staff were friendly and kept replenishing breakfast, which was decent and standard. My one real gripe was the room cleaning, which didn't match the quality of the rest of the facilities. Fixing that would improve the experience a lot. I'd go back, and recommend it for the peace and the people.

Before booking, I read plenty of reviews, and some of the negative ones made me hesitate. I'm glad I went anyway. The staff and breakfast were the highlights: everyone was friendly, attentive, helpful, and happy to adapt to what you need. Elias at reception was a star, patient with questions, warm, and good at solving problems. You can tell he loves his job and puts passion into it. I hope he's there when I return. The breakfast was spectacular, with fresh, juicy fruit and lots of excellent pastries, all noticeably fresh and constantly replenished. The rooms were comfortable, with storage furniture, great air conditioning, and showers that were a dream. The beach-style pool was gorgeous and the water was clean every day. The whole hotel stayed sparkling clean, and despite all the grass, there weren't mosquitoes. I honestly didn't want to leave. It was a spectacular stay, and I'll be back as soon as I can.

Two stars for breakfast, which was really bad. The ham was very cheap, the eggs were all cold, and the baked goods were stale, hard, and tasteless. The coffee was awful and tasted like nothing. There wasn't a toaster.

The mountain view from our clean room was lovely, and the room itself was excellent. Breakfast was very nice, served in a spacious, comfortable area. There was a large living room and a really nice pool, with umbrella tables nearby. For a mid-range price, it was very good for everything the hotel offers.
