It's an old building, and we picked it because we wanted to walk to the city center. The rooms have air conditioning, but there's a musty smell, maybe from poor ventilation. I thought it might be the air conditioning, but even after leaving it on for a few hours to dehumidify, the smell was still there. The “American breakfast” is poor, not really an American breakfast, and the coffee is weak and tasteless. It's a decent budget option, though if we'd had more time, we surely could've found somewhere better or an apartment for the same price or less, AR$65 for three people.
