The rental felt far too expensive for what we got. The cleaning fee was fine with me since Airbnb charges it, but after paying it, I didn't expect the person in charge to tell me at check-in, "You must leave everything clean." That was one of several rules that hadn't been made clear. The reception area was disorganized, and the service wasn't good. I won't return. Mr. Mauricio, your reply has the water issue wrong. I was told from my first day that there were problems with the water pressure, but nobody said it was affecting the whole area. The issue you described that way was the internet. As the owner, I think you should be more involved in how the business is running. The people you've put in charge don't seem objective when they report back to you. The rules aren't clear, and you don't seem to be enforcing them. I hope you improve the experience for future guests. I also didn't see any Lego-themed houses, so the marketing seems inconsistent with the business.

The apartment is small, but the layout is clever and it has all the essentials for cooking: an electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. When we arrived it was spotless, tidy, and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and thorough about the rental agreement. It was warm even though we came in summer, and Cerro Campanario in Bariloche is only 30 minutes away. We're glad we stayed and highly recommend it.

Everything was clean, modern, and warm, and the house is very nice. Sol, who checked us in, was really friendly. Getting there was less smooth: the person we'd first contacted gave me incomplete information and wouldn't answer his phone when I needed to check in. Luckily, a neighbor pointed us to the right person.
