There was construction going on during our stay, so relaxing was out of the question, and dust covered the terrace. Under the beds we found spiders and rubbish left by previous guests. The listing called it a two-bedroom place, but it was really one bedroom and a loft. Then, at checkout, they had the nerve to ask me to pay a tax that I should be exempt from as a foreign visitor. I can't figure out how this place has such a high rating.

A gorgeous children's park is right across the street, diagonally from the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, and we all loved it. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back in El Bolsón. Highly recommend it.

The house was comfortable and very nice, and the service was good. The location was lovely too.

We were three families in three separate units, and calling them cabins is misleading, they're apartments. The owner ignored every question we sent. Nothing was properly clean: there were cobwebs everywhere, and some bathrooms had stains from cleaning products. Towels smelled musty and the bedding was even worse. The grill didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi, and basic things were missing, including utensils, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Some chairs were broken, the curtains let all the light through, so we were up at 6 a.m. when the sun came out. And if you were the third person to shower, there was no water. A terrible experience.
