Altos del Lago Departamentos

The service was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. The cabins are lovely too. My only issue was the beds: our room had two bunk beds and the other had a double, so I would have preferred two doubles. There’s also a sofa bed, but it’s awful, haha.

The view was great, everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. The apartment layout was the one problem. The kitchen had no counter space for cooking, and in the room with single beds, the wall didn’t go all the way to the ceiling. Light from the dining room spilled into the bedroom and was annoying.

The Wi-Fi cut out at times, and the bunk beds weren’t comfortable. Their mattresses were really hard and could use an improvement. Aside from that, everything was very good. The place had a lovely atmosphere that fit the local architecture, good heating, and a nice view from the main bedroom. There was enough tableware and kitchenware too.

The upstairs apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The beds there were excellent. The lower unit was quite different: it had been an office converted into a tourist rental, and its beds weren’t the best. Silvana and Jorge helped me, and overall it was an excellent place.
