Mariano and the staff were tremendous, with great service and a welcoming attitude. I have Celiac disease, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Breakfast is included and prepared fresh. The rooms are clean and charming, and the hotel is conveniently placed in the city centre near restaurants and shopping. They can arrange airport transportation for a small fee, which we appreciated. The price was very affordable compared with other options. They also run a hiking and touring excursion business. Well done!

Rosa was the one bright spot of our stay. Her service was great. The room was very small, and the rest of the hotel felt average. Since El Calafate is tiny, you can walk just three minutes farther and find a better, cheaper hotel. One odd policy: you have to leave your room key at the front desk every time you go out.

One of the worst parts of our trip. We were charged a different amount from what had been agreed, the staff were rude and poorly trained, and the rooms smelled strange. We were cold, and breakfast was weak. There was loud music at night too. Terrible experience, not worth the price, and we don’t recommend it.

The staff were extremely kind and gave us useful advice about places to go, food, and hiking. The location is great for walking to the main road, just three blocks away, and there’s free parking. This cute bed and breakfast had adorable, very clean rooms and great hot showers. Breakfast was good, with eggs, bread, fruit, pastries, and more. Highly recommend!
