I absolutely loved the breakfast, which was unusually healthy. The place was very clean, had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. Thanks so much for everything you did for us. I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is right in the heart of town, with beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff and excellent room service. They only serve breakfast.

The rooms were very clean, though their decor could use a little refresh. The hotel is well located for walking to restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and the service was amazing. A great hotel in el calafate!

This was my second stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. It’s good value, the rooms are comfortable even if a bit dated, and the staff I met were all helpful. Breakfast was decent too. The hotel is 10-15 minutes on foot from town, away from the main road, and I think that’s a great location. If you’re complaining that it’s too far after coming all the way to Patagonia, maybe check Google Maps first. Some people mention the heating makes rooms too hot, but reception will turn it down if you ask. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with tips about tours and local attractions. Breakfast on site was fresh, filling, and had plenty of variety. The hotel is near the town centre but quiet enough for a good night’s sleep, making it an easy base for exploring El Calafate. Our clean, cozy rooms were well equipped and had great views of the surrounding landscape. A comfortable, hassle-free stay.
