The landlady was so kind and went out of her way to help my husband and me despite our not speaking Spanish, even communicating with gestures. The heating worked well and the hot water had excellent pressure. We stayed three days and two nights, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook dinners after shopping at the large supermarket about 300 meters away. After checkout, she helped us store our luggage and call a taxi, which we really appreciated.

The owner was incredibly kind, and her son Julio speaks fluent English, so communication was easy. She looked things up for me and helped me out, which made it possible to enjoy El Calafate to the fullest. She also held my luggage while I made a brief visit to Puerto Natales. I tried to leave a small tip, but she firmly refused, which left me feeling grateful and a little apologetic. The place isn't fancy or far from the city center, but it was clean and comfortable. I booked based on its 9.4 rating on Booking.com. Graciela, please stay healthy!

Our hosts were attentive from our first contact and kept providing helpful information throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed, along with a beautiful view of the lake. It's a few blocks' walk from the center, but the location is very convenient. We're very grateful for the care we received.

The rooms are lovely, clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of Lago Argentino, and the owner is a wonderful person. It's about a 15-minute walk to the center.
