The staff made this stay special. They helped plan hikes, checked the weather, filled our bottles for free, brought extra tea and sugar, and even offered a dry breakfast to take along when we left before sunrise. Every staff member was wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was served upstairs in a beautiful dining room with a fantastic mountain view, and they had gluten-free choices for my husband. We also appreciated the small touches, like free hand cream at the desk. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, and seems like the nicest choice in this rustic area, though it's not luxurious. I can't think of a better option in El Chalten and would stay again.

The location made it easy to explore, and we had a very enjoyable stay at Chalten Suites. The room was comfortable and well situated. A couple of small things needed attention, the safe needed new batteries and the bidet a minor repair, but both were fixed quickly. Breakfast was adequate and a nice start to the day. The staff were helpful throughout, always quick to respond. Special thanks to Nayla at reception, who was exceptional and continued helping us even after our stay.

The team really helped make our visit, and I'd recommend the property and its location. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, though summer afternoons can make them warm because they face the sun. Breakfast was decent, and the central Main Street setting is convenient, but open windows let in some nighttime noise. The staff were brilliant, friendly, and very helpful. A few practical details could be improved: the ground-floor windows need a security lock that allows safe opening at night, the floor under the beds needs a thorough clean, and the safe is too small for an iPad.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and our generously sized room handled our excessive luggage with ease. Breakfast was excellent and worked well with our very early starts. We didn't get to try the restaurant during our two-night stay, though the menu looked great. A sweet hotel right in the middle of town. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting El Chalten.

No complaints, I'd stay here again. The staff were so friendly, and they left a delicious welcome dessert in our room. We were missing the right electrical adaptor, so we called to ask and they brought one up. Laundry was quick and affordable, charged by the load rather than by the item. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good.
