Enrique was wonderful with us, and even offered a delicious dinner on our second night. The location is great and the room was fine, though I'd stayed here before and the shampoo and soap used to be better. Breakfast was pretty sparse, with no fruit, juice, or yogurt, and the pool was green and moldy.

The service and facilities were very good. Breakfast could use more choices, and the pool needed a better clean. I also forgot to mention that there were very few personal care products for guests.

The regional food Cesar made for us was delicious, and everyone on staff was really friendly. It's a lovely spot to relax, enjoy the pool, and take in the peaceful nature around you.

We'd love to come back. It was a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with yourself and nature, with lovely facilities, a great location, and excellent service.

The view was divine, and the Soberbio region is beautiful, but we had a terrible experience. We booked a four-day package with breakfast, two-course lunches, and three-course dinners, yet we left after two days. The first evening, we were offered delivered pizza or empanadas; dinner was breaded chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes. We only ate lunch at the lodge once, and got ham and cheese sorrentinos with tomato sauce. There was no dessert, and everything was reheated. Truly awful. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
