We had a good time, and the cabins were well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great, with the cabins at the back of the property. Just note that the rooms connect to each other and don't have separate entrances. They also provide only one hand towel per cabin, not per person 😐.

Absolutely awful. They took a lot of money from us while we were asleep there. Be careful, because they have another key to the front door. They came in at night while we were sleeping and took cash from inside our wallets. We only realized what had happened after returning to Bariloche, so we couldn't file a police report. They also had us leave the key in the lock and didn't even bother checking the apartment after we left.

Karen and Dario made the cabins feel like home, helping us with whatever came up and even driving us around in their own car. My friend and I went in September 2018 for our first ski season, knowing nothing about the area. We booked by phone with the usual Buenos Aires suspicion, then arrived and realized we'd had it all wrong. I'm planning to go back in September 2019.

The cabin was simple but lovely and comfortable, and the people looking after it were attentive and excellent. It also made a handy base for getting to all the places.
