It's a lovely, quiet place, pleasant and well equipped. The only downside was how much noise the wooden cabin made: with the bedroom upstairs, the creaking was quite loud.

Carlos is really friendly and helped us figure out things to do while we were there. The cabins have everything you need for a short stay, and the city center is just a five-minute walk away.

Carlos was very helpful and suggested places for us to visit during our February 2023 stay. For the price and location, it was perfect. The cabins have plenty of equipment. Some reviews mention no air conditioning, but the weather in Trevelin is very cold, so it isn't something you'd use for more than one week a year. The complex is three blocks from the main square, where the famous "Dragon of Wales" is, and the area is quiet and safe. Los Alerces National Park is very close too. I'd definitely return!

Carlos and Violeta were excellent hosts, and everything was impeccable. The location is fantastic, and the cabins are very nice, with parking and barbecue grills. Mine was for two people, though there are also cabins for four and six. It had a refrigerator, TV, microwave, stove, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, and more. Tea and coffee are provided, but there's no breakfast and no air conditioning. Highly recommended.
