Pablo took excellent care of us, and the cabins are lovely and peaceful. Dinner is worth trying. There isn't a menu, but the small selection of dishes is delicious and carefully prepared, almost gourmet. Breakfast was very good too.

The cabins have the essentials for a short stay. The owner and his assistants handle breakfast and dinner themselves, and that service is spectacular. He's a real chef, and he lets guests suggest dishes. Spectacular!

We arrived just before the season began, so the cabins and restaurant were still being prepared. Our cabin had a few small maintenance issues, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying the stay. It had hot water, plus tea, coffee, yerba mate, sugar, and sweetener to make a drink in the room. Pets are welcome, and they have some lovely dogs. Pablo, a kind and generous Independiente fan, made us feel comfortable and welcome. He was attentive to what we needed and always happy to chat. It's a beautiful place, and the kind of spot that makes you want to stay longer. Highly recommended.

The owner, Pablo "El Chino," was the best part of our stay. He was so hospitable, and he also cooks at the restaurant. The food was incredible, including one of the best grills I've ever tried. The cabins were divine and exceptionally clean. Such an amazing experience, I'd highly recommend it.
