We paid the deposit before finding out there was no kitchen. When we raised the issue, Horacio was inflexible and quite disrespectful, and refused to refund half the deposit. The place isn't anything special and doesn't offer privacy either, since he was planning to turn up at any moment. I don't recommend it at all.

The breakfast was basic but plentiful, and the bed and breakfast delivered on what it promised. We were six family members and everything was excellent. Horacio was always attentive and gave us ideas for where to go and what to see. Everything is close by, spacious, and clean. We'd definitely return. 100% recommended.

Horacio was really cool, attentive to what we needed, and gave us great tips for exploring Esquel. The house itself was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is excellent too, near the town center and with easy highway access for visiting Los Alerces National Park. Highly recommend it!

We really needed a restful stay, and this place gave us one. It was very clean, had a nice family atmosphere, and the service was amazing. The owner was friendly and accommodating, suggested things to do in town, and even drove us to another hotel when he was full because of earlier reservations.

The atmosphere was lovely and the house spotless. Horacio was very attentive and kind, checking whether we needed anything and suggesting places to visit. We left feeling really happy and satisfied. Beautiful house!
