Draig House

The room was a real standout, with lots of space, great quality bedding, and a huge closet. The place was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a good stay. Our car was safe in its parking spot. Customer service was quick and friendly over messages, and they sorted out any issues just as fast.

We had a great stay in Trevelin. The house was clean, comfortable, and really spacious, with all the equipment we needed. Having a patio and grill for barbecues was a nice plus. Highly recommend it.

The apartment is modern and roomy, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the living and dining area, kitchen, and grill patio downstairs. Communication was all through WhatsApp, and they were very friendly. The downstairs needed cleaning. They offered to come after I complained, but I chose to clean it myself. It's hard to find a place of this quality in Trevelin, though the cleanliness doesn't justify the price.

No one was physically there to welcome us. They offer a place for 2/3/4/5 people, but don't tell you it's right beside a small soccer field and the walls are paper thin, so this would not be a place to choose if you want to rest. In my opinion, it's completely overrated and costs far more than what it offers. When you tell them exactly what you think, they offer you a visit to the Spa at the Hotel de Esquel. Very professional.
