The staff were very nice, and parking for our motorbikes was good. Still, we barely slept because of street noise all night and a poor bed. The room and bed were small, the mattress much too soft and constantly shifting, and the wifi was extremely weak. Breakfast was disappointing, just bread, cake, and one type of cereal. It was also overpriced, costing more than we would have paid by booking online. I hope they make some changes to improve comfort for guests.
The reception staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent, just a one minute walk from the city center. The room was basic and the bathroom outdated. We chose the hotel for its spa, but on arrival were told it was “broken” and unavailable. They said repairs would be done “within a few days,” but we had left by then.
The room was a little tired, but the friendly, helpful, happy staff and breakfast made up for it. I’d definitely stay again. Nigel
The staff are very friendly, and the beds are comfortable and warm. The TV is a good size, and breakfast is good with plenty of variety. Parking is narrow and really difficult, though, and the bathroom looked a bit worn. For the price, I think the quality is a little high.
The staff were very helpful, young people keen to work, and the hotel is well located near restaurants and kiosks. It was clean and quiet despite a window facing the sidewalk. Breakfast was simple but tasty, though a fruit option would have been nice. Wi-Fi only worked in shared areas, and the mattress could be better. The air conditioning wouldn't cool, so we could only use fan mode, since the heater kept tripping. The technician never came.
