The owners were so friendly, and the food was good, made with produce from their own organic garden. We found the hotel and room beautiful, and the view was lovely. The stay was even better than the pictures suggested, though a little pricey.

Debora’s cooking was one of the best parts of our stay. The vegetables were plentiful, homegrown, and freshly picked from her organic greenhouse, while the venison, pork, beef, wild boar, and lamb came from Local farms and were served with homemade sauces. She also packed gourmet lunches for our fishing trips. The hotel itself is welcoming, with lovely decor, spacious comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful shared living and dining area. We were there to fish the lakes and forests of the magnificent adjacent parque de las alserces, and the hotel can also arrange horseback riding, camping, and in-house massage treatment. I still fondly remember early coffee in front of the fire. Debora’s cuisine deserves Michelin stars. Highly recommended!
