It's a calm place, and the air-conditioned rooms make it easy to sleep well. The big garden and outdoor pool are lovely. Breakfast was very poor, with far fewer options than I expected. Dinner is only available from 8 pm to 10 pm, and shops and restaurants are far from the hotel.

Everything else is amazing, and I’d go back a thousand times because the place is beautiful. But I can't give it five stars because one receptionist was so rude. On my first visit with my boyfriend, she basically accused us of stealing by saying we hadn't paid for dinner, even though we had. We argued until she found the receipt, and she didn't even apologize. I later returned with friends. The other, very kind receptionist had told us we could stay in the park after checking out. When we returned the key, we explained that we'd stay until dinnertime and planned to eat at the restaurant. The rude receptionist said we couldn't stay that long, so we left early and ate somewhere else. It's a shame guests are treated that way, especially since I went back after the same woman had called us thieves.

The rooms are comfortable, and the pool and wooded park are lovely. Service was good, though the food is expensive and not that great. You can hear a lot of traffic because the hotel is close to the highway.
