Walking between the hotel and the hot springs in a bathrobe is easy, and the location is fantastic. The facilities were spotless, with that fresh-clean smell, and the bathroom water pressure was impeccable. Our room also had a minibar, which was a welcome surprise, and the air conditioning worked very well. The bed was less successful. The old mattress sagged when you lay on it, and the loose bottom sheet kept sliding away, so I’d wake up on the mattress. Worn sheets don't bother me, but that did. Breakfast was basic, just croissants and coffee, as we'd expected, so we went to Casablanca for their delicious, generous buffet at 7,000 pesos. On our departure morning, we had to eat at the hotel. They brought croissants and toast, but we had to ask three times just to get butter. Hopefully things improve over time, because the location is so good.

The location makes everything easy, right across from the hot springs, so you can walk around in a robe or towel. I had a wonderful weekend and felt comfortable and safe there. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, even when I asked for things over and over, and they were just as nice each time. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cocido, or milk, plus pastries, toast, dulce de leche, butter, and jam. There was fruit too for anyone who didn't want pastries. The food was excellent: they brought an appetizer and then the main course. My little brother accidentally broke a glass, and they didn't make a fuss or charge us. They just said these things happen, it was only a glass, and treated us kindly. The people working there were the best part of the stay. I'd happily stay again. Thanks so much, Hotel Los Angelitos.

We stayed two days ago and were looked after really well. The facilities were very nice, and breakfast was delicious, with nothing to complain about. They kindly helped me find a particular medication I needed. Thanks as well to the manager, who gave us a ride to the bus stop so we could catch our bus. That was a lovely gesture. From reception to housekeeping, everyone made our stay excellent, including the new owner. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just 50 meters from the entrance to the heated pool complex. I was lucky to visit Federación on vacation and had a wonderful time. Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend it. Thank you!

We especially appreciated having a mini-fridge during the recent hot weather. The room amenities were very good, and the hotel is currently renovating to improve its facilities. The new owner and staff gave excellent service, and the location is superb, across from the hot springs and restaurants. Highly recommend it.
